Products come with warranty unless otherwise stated in the ad. Should an item arrive damaged due to shipping, claims should be made within 48 hours of receipt, no exceptions. All original packing materials, including peanuts, bubble wrap, box, shipping labels, etc., should be present at time of inspection by the shipping company's claim inspector. If original packaging materials are not present at time of inspection, your claim may be denied and we can not be held liable for any outcome.

Payment Options: PayPal.

Credit Cards: Buyers must process credit card payments through PayPal.

Payment: We must receive payment within 7 days of auction close. If we have not received your payment, ebay will send an unpaid strike automatically.

Canada Residents: Responsible for 5% GST.

US Residents: No tax charged.

Shipping Options: We provide one or more shipping options, please read our listings.

Combine Shipping: We provide combine shipping (within 2 days orders & combined payment), and give some shipping discount, if gross weight is not more than 30kg and parcel is not too big.

Parcel Shipping: We use Canada Post expedited parcel if single parcel is less than 30kg, and use FedEx if more than 30kg, buyers will receive tracking numbers. Customs fees may be charged if shipping outside of Canada and buyers are responsible for it.

Lettermail Shipping: No tracking information for this option.

International Shipping (outside US and Canada): we ship small products internationally only via Canada Post small packet, it may take four week or so via ground small packet, one week or so via air small packet. No tracking for this option. If you want tracking, you have to send us prepaid shipping label (UPS or FedEx only).

Local Pickup: No local pickup if we do not post it local pickup ok.

Shipping Charges: We charge fixed shipping cost. Handling fee and material fee are included. If you do not agree, please do not bid.
