1.2 In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.

1.5 Carriage charges will be shown prior to you placing your order.
1.6 You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.
1.7 Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.
1.8 Once your order is complete we will notify you of the dispatch date.
2.Returns Policy
2.1 You have 14 days from the moment your order is received to claim a full refund.
2.2 Items must be packaged well and returned in salable condition.
2.3 It is recommended that returns are dispatched via a recorded/signed for postal method to ensure there they're arrival.
We assume no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
2.4 Any costs incurred for returned items is at the expense of you, the consumer, and not "The Collector's Asylum".
Domestic Shipments (UK Mainland)
- All domestic shipments will be dispatched within 1 working days via your chosen delivery method.
- Only Tracked/Recorded/Signed For services are used and will be insured to the value of order total.
International Customer (Outside Of The UK Mainland)
- All international shipments will be dispatched within 2 working days via Royal Mail International Signed For.
- Shipping costs are set up to a maximum weight of 4kg. This will be split in to two parcels for any orders over 2kg.
- If you would like us to source a different service to meet you needs please contact us directly for a quote.
