I Post Royal Mail & Hermes Monday - Friday Mornings. There is no post on Bank Holidays.
For smaller items I post using 1st or 2nd Class Post through the post office, for larger items and items of value postage will be through Hermes tracked.
Hermes collection from my local drop off point is 11am - any orders received after this time will be sent the following working day.
Postage costs are for UK mainland only - please contact me for Scottish Island and other UK offshore Islands for postage costs.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase then a full refund excluding postage costs will be offered.
I only ask that you (The buyer) contact me within 5 days of purchasing the item and return the item within 14 days of purchase in it's original, unworn/unused/Sealed condition with all original packaging & tags (if applicable) intact. (allowance will always be given for Bank Holidays). NO refund will be issued if the item is returned 30 days or more after purchase.
