LADIES 1930's ART DECO STYLE TAVANNES NURSES WATCH.  SERVICED AND NEW MAINSPRING. 

Movement: Well made Ladies Tavannes  movement running on 17 jewels. This watch is keeping fairly accurate time.  This watch winds and sets properly but the second hand will not move. 

Case, Crystal & Crown:  Crystal appears to be original and is scratched.   Watch case is yellow gold in color with a stainless steel back.  It is marked Anchor. 

Dial &Hands: 100% Original with a very clean dial. Hands are original to the movement. 

Size: Measures  16 mm side to side and 28 mm from lug to lug.

Band: Band is a yellow stretch band. It stretches out very large and as they say one size fits all.

Tip for collectors:
Despite popular demand for refinished clean dials, I am aware of collectors' search and sensitivity for original dials. Therefore any dials known to be refinished, will be clearly mentioned in the dial section of the description. Otherwise, dial is believed to be 100% original.
