The Measurements / Dimension  for this item is on a picture in the listing. All measurement of clothing is taken while the item is lying flat, and is considered as its size regardless of what is on the Tag. RETURNS THAT ARE NOT ACCEPTED:   Sorry, but returns will NOT be accepted for international customers.  We also DO NOT accept returns for items of clothing that do not fit properly (please, please, please before you bid on it, compare our item's measurements to a similar item that fits you).  

RETURNS THAT ARE ACCEPTED:  Returns for items we shipped to USA or Canadian addresses will be accepted if all three conditions are met: (1) You contact us within 14 days after delivery to request a refund, (2) Item is returned to us at your expense, and (3) Item is received by us in the same condition as when it was shipped to you (if it's sold "new with tags", the tags must still be attached when we receive it back).  If these three conditions are met, we will immediately refund into your PayPal account the amount you paid for the item (sorry, but shipping costs will not be refunded).
