Rolf Stoll (1892-1978) was an important Ohio artist whose body of

work included WPA murals. This painting is signed in the lower right

corner "R.Stoll". The painting appears in good condition and may

have been cleaned and varnished at some point. The frame has wear,

scratches, cracks and looks just great on this old Chief. The painting

probably dates from the 1940s or 50s. The frame is from the 1920s.

Overall framed dimensions are 18 by 15 inches. A printout of the
