I opened the box of the Megatron figure simply to confirm that there was no orange plug in the gun barrel, and I can confirm that this figure is original and unaltered. Beyond that, this figure is brand new. I have never removed it from its interior packaging, and I've never transformed it. The instructions have never been opened, and everything included in the original packaging is present.
Along with Megatron you will receive an MP5 Upgrade Package that helps to replicate the original G1 Megatron toy. I tried to take a photo of the interior of the Upgrade Package, but it's a little difficult to photograph. Included in the package are a stock and barrel that can be used in gun mode, or can form a cannon for Megatron to shoot when in robot mode. This item has never been opened.
