Vintage Fisher Price #4618 Fold Out Doll House 1990's Gift Toy Play Children - Rare - Very Good Condition

A very good doll house that has been well used and has signs of use, marks & scuffing.  There is one pink window frame missing (see photo with green arrow pointing to that window).  It's in good structural condition and folds out and down as intended with no problems.  There are NO miniature figures or people....just the doll house.  We do not recommend this items as a Christmas present for a child that might be expecting a new one since it does show signs of use.....but it will give many hours of playing pleasure.  We did surface cleaning and the new owner will likely want to give it a detail cleaning. 

  • 32" wide when the sides are folded out for play (16" wide when sides are folded in)
  • 24" tall
  • 17" deep....from front to back
