I am a watch enthusiast consolidating and selling from my personal collection in the hunt for my grail. For sale an all original 1960’s Seamaster Deville with a 14K gold-filled case. I am the second owner of this 60 year old watch, having purchased it from the original owner's wife. The watch is engraved "R.H. Elliot XXV YEAR CLUB Leeds & Northup Co. June 9, 1966" on the back. Doing a quick search, the company was based in Pennsylvania, matching where I sourced the watch. The 22XX serial number dates the movement to 1965-1966 which matches the 1966 engraving. 



This front-loading watch houses a beautiful 550 caliber in-house automatic movement.The complete watch is all original, including dial, case, hands, and the Omega signed acrylic crystal (rarely seen in Omegas this age). The case is in very good condition, with sharp and even lugs throughout. Aside from general wear, the only flaw I can notice is the slight damage to the minute hand. I chose to leave the original hands alone, but they are readily available online should the new owner choose to restore the watch. The watch winds and sets with no issue, though my watchmaker did recommend a crown/stem replacement in the future. For the discerning collector, the watch is in very strong original and desirable condition. The provenance of the watch guarantees its complete authenticity and history. The watch is mounted on a used alligator pattern calf strap in good condition. The watch is running well and keeping time for its age. But with any vintage watch, water resistance is not guaranteed and a service is recommended.
