When making your purchase please add a note in PayPal to advise that you wish to p/x your old unit.
On receipt of your item you will find a myHermes courier label included inside. Use this label and the original box and packaging to send your unit back to us via a myHermes ParcelShop (go to www.myhermes.co.uk to find your nearest one). Once we are in receipt of your unit we will part-refund your payment by £10
NB: The charger casing must be complete with no severe damage. Knocks, dirt, scuffs, scratches, paint speckles / splashes and general filth are all okay as are problems with the plug, power lead or rubber feet but cracks or missing pieces would impact on what we could offer. You are more than welcome to email pictures for us to assess beforehand.
