ITEM DESCRIPTION:

Bauble Babes Fabulous Finds is pleased to offer this truly special piece.  This is a 1928 marked and numbered "Yellow Plazuid Gouda Holland" Arts and Crafts high gloss glazed Peacock Feathers Earthenware Vase.  I believe this is a transition piece and, although it has four nicks around the rim (please view pics), they are superficial, I feel this vase would be worth while to repair (I have done nothing to it).  From one side, the chipping doesn't show.  The vase measures approximately 7 7/8" tall with a top diameter of 2.5".  The bottom tells the tale of this vase.  The upper and bottom numbers are the model/mold and the pattern numbers.  The "house" is the factory logo which stands for "little house" or "Gate of Lazarus" (this is an interesting story to research).  The two triangles on top of one another is the date symbol, 1928.  From my understanding, the word "Plazuid" is an abbreviation for the factory name and was only added to Gouda pottery marks "after 1928".   I therefore think this vase was produced late 1928, perhaps transitioning to a changed mark.  It does have some light crazing but is otherwise absolutely beautiful and in good-very good vintage/antique condition.  Depending on how quickly you want this item, you choose USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Select at check-out.

SHIPPING:

DOMESTIC: We ship USPS Monday through Friday to the verified address in PayPal within 1 business day of cleared payment (no weekends). Orders placed after 10 a.m. central time will ship the next business day. After 10a.m. Friday purchases will ship the following Monday.

INTERNATIONAL: We use eBay’s Global Shipping Program which handles all Customs Forms, etc. For questions regarding shipping rates, import charges, etc., please contact eBay as we have no knowledge of the particulars. We simply ship the items to the Global Shipping center and eBay takes over from there.
