Orders are despatched next day,some of our products require LED lights to be fitted which in rare cases can delay despatch of your order by an extra day. Shipping to UK mainland addresses takes 48 hours, out of area post codes such as offshore addresses, Scottish Highlands etc may take 72 hours. In all cases you will receive a despatch notification email including your tracking number and a link to the designated cariers website, also included will be a PDF invoice.
Shipping to Europe, North America, Japan, Australia is quoted in our listings. If you require shipping to other locations please don't hesistate to contact us for a quote. Please be aware that we cannot ship to the following locations: Malta, Cyprus, Russia, French Colonies and The Canaries.
If you are not totally satisfied with your product, you will need to notify us within 7 working days from the receipt of your order. You will then need to return it to us for a full refund. The product has to be in a re-saleable condition. You will be liable for the cost of replacement or repair of any goods returned scratched or damaged. If you are returning an item, you must ensure that we receive it adequately packaged (similar to the way it was delivered to you), correctly addressed with correct postage. We recommend that you insure the return of the item. The customer must pay for return delivery costs, however this will be refunded if reason for return is no fault of customer. The customer must inform us of any returns within 7 working days of receipt of goods. Please check goods upon receipt and notify us of any problems as soon as possible.
