No issues - Still Very Solid and Strong and has never been fixed .. 

Faded Blue interior * One small hole in the lining from the three way switch ..

All Latches Work and The Handle is in Good Shape .. 

No smells and No missing Beige Tolex 

I Bought for the 64 Epiphone Casino which has now been sold ,, 

This case is a late 50's case that has less padding than the later 60's Casino cases ,,
