Like New: Looks brand new, maybe washed once or twice

Although this is a smoke free home we do have Bichon Frise and a Corgi. I recommend laundering items or dry cleaning even though I do wash most items to make sure they are free of soil and stains. New items are not washed or leather items and may need laundering as stated in condition. I am not in control of perfume, smoke. etc in these items. Not knowing where items have originated from I am unable to state from a "Pet Free" or "Smoke Free" environment.
