We hand pick all our items. We carefully inspect each item before we list it. We do our best to describe each item as accurately as possible. We also inspect the item before we ship it to you. All our sales are final and we do not accept returns. However, we are human and there might be an oversight on our part. In that case, you must contact us promptly and we will work with you to resolve the situation. Please note that if we will need to issue a refund, we cannot do so before we receive the item and we require that the item is exactly in the same condition as when it was sent to you.
