Purchased items may be picked up from our store 24 hours after making the payment. We prefer you pick up the item on the next business day, however we can hold the merchandise up to 5 business days. Our pickup hours are 10-4pm.
Please message us prior to making a payment so we may hold the item and get it ready. An adjusted invoice will be emailed to you for non free shipping items and Sales Tax may not be removed.

Please note that extra large items such as furniture that exceed USPS size/weight limits ship via LTL trucks. It may delay the departure and transit time and may require a delivery appointment. These are curbside deliveries that are shipped through common freight brokers. If you need any kind of White Glove or special delivery service, please contact us right away to have it set up. We will always tell you of any additional charges if such come up.
Items with "free shipping" are only shipped free to the 48 contiguous United States.

For the first 30 days from the date of receipt of your purchase you may return the merchandise for any reason for a refund or exchange. Refunds for non-defective items exclude shipping charges (our standard shipping charges will be deducted from the refund for items which offered "free shipping").

Procedure:
Please ship your parcel back to UnbeatSale freight prepaid and insured, as we cannot be responsible for the item until it is received and signed for. Please enclose a copy of your invoice and tell us whether you would like the item to be repaired, exchanged, or refunded. Our return address is listed on the top portion of the packing slip or you may always send us an email if it cannot be located. Returns are normally processed within 24-48 hours, however may take up to 7 days from the date we receive it.
