GPU Reballing is a cost effective way to  repair a GPU/BGA fault. We use the latest technology and high quality professional equipment to repair your faulty chip with in less time as possible.

Don't be misled by claims that a reflow does just as good a job as reballing it does not fix your issue. matter of fact it worse the situation.

For a long lasting  repair reballing/replacing gpu chip really is the only way.

We currently experience an average success rate of approximately 95%. Of the remaining 5% chips or motherboards are damaged beyond repair by the original overheating issue or by previous reflowing attempts made by other companies or individuals.

WE OFFER TWO DIFFERENT SORT OF REPAIRS

1. Reballing Service

In this service we'll Reball your old GPU Chip and this repair will cover you 3 months of warranty for the same fault.we will repair it and all you need is to cover both way postage.

It can take upto  3-5 working days (weekend are not included)upon receiving the laptop,however if replacement of Gpu chip is needed,delay might occur.

2. Gpu replacement Service

If the Gpu chip is faulty and needs replacement,we will send you the link to purchase from, or we can buy on your behalf and will invoice you accordingly.some models chips are not available in UK hence needs to be ordered from china which can take up to 2 weeks.

3. warranty

This service will cover 3 months of warranty.

THE REPAIR PROCESS

Motherboard will be removed from the laptop and ready for preheating procedure.

Chip lifted using professional quality flux at lead free solder melting point.

Old solder is cleaned from 

The chip is reballed using high quality solder and flux

Chip is ready to put it back on the laptop.

Once chip is on Mother board it ll be heated so chip can settle down properly

We use high quality thermal paste its helped the chip from getting heat up.

we will clean Cloged vents

Pack laptop using bubble wrap so it does not get damaged while in transit, Make sure to leave a note inside box with Your name address and contact email /phone number

Once received we will confirm it  to you.

Allow 3-5  working days for us to repair. Please note if additional parts are needed it can take longer.

Once repaired and stress tested, we will return the laptop and provide you with  tracking details

We know it can be stressful enough without your laptop to work and we always try to repair as quick as possible how ever in some of cases if a new GPU installation required it can take more time/cost.

once repaired we will send you tracking.The parcel is insured for £50 but you are welcome to arrange your courier and we will simply refund you the postage.

previous Attempt to repair 

Previously we have had laptops that have attempted to be repaired by using incorrect equipment such as blow torches/heat gun,

if so please don't send to us as chances are it has damaged the chip set/board.

Beyond repairable returned as non-repairable in reballing service

Theses faults are very if not repaired in time it can lead it to not be repaired at all and cost of replacement can be expensive. Therefore if you wish to not carry on with the repair we simply return to laptop as UN-repaired and the deduct the postage cost which is £9 and will refund full service charges.
