Premium Recycled Parts specialise in supplying genuine used parts for your BMW or MINI. If you are unsure that a part is correct for your vehicle, please contact us as we have the ability to accurately check compatibility for you. We just need your registration or VIN number. We will always try to deal with your questions quickly.
Our Aim:
We want all our customers to be happy. so we do our best to describe our items accurately and provide detailed photos of the actual item you are purchasing. We also test our items prior to dispatch wherever possible. If we are not confident an item is fit for purpose we will not send it and be honest enough to inform you of that.
If you receive an item we have supplied, that you believe to be faulty. Please contact us initially so we can try and resolve the situation in a friendly manner.
Shipping:
Mainland UK - We offer free postage on the vast majority of our items with a fully tracked 3-5 working day service, as well as an express postage option for guaranteed next day delivery for £6.99. Items must be bought and paid for by 1pm to qualify for same day dispatch.
Not at home through the day?
We know our customers lead busy lives so as well as delivering items to the door we can also provide the option of leaving items in a 'safe place/with a neighbour'. If that helps please inform us when you purchase an item. We can also send items to your local 'access point' which tend to be local convenience stores near your location. Contact us and we will provide the location most suitable for you whether it be near your home or workplace.
Highlands and UK Islands Surcharges:
A surcharge is applicable to all UK Islands and Highlands. Please check with us prior to purchasing.
European Surcharges:
A further surcharge will apply to all European Islands such as the Greek Islands, Spanish Islands etc. If you are unsure whether this applies to you please contact us prior to purchasing.
International Shipping:
We can ship the majority of our items globally. If your Country does not appear on our list please contact us and we will provide you with a competitive postage quote.
Restrictions:
Despite trying several courier companies, we have yet to find one that we can guarantee will deliver body panels without risk of damage during transit. Because of this, we only offer panels for collection only. You are welcome to arrange your own courier, accepting all responsibility of any damage incurred during transit. We will of course endeavour to package fragile items to minimise risk of damage the item to hopefully prevent damage during transit.
Alternatively, if you live within a 50 mile radius of Wakefield, West Yorks, WF1. We are prepared to deliver panels to you ourselves. We charge 50 pence per mile and items will be delivered during normal business hours.
Damages:
Only sign for an item if you are happy that the item is not damaged, all courier companies should allow you to do this.
