Vintage GERMAN Pendulum Balance Postal Scale.
In nice condition for it's age. Some typical oxidization and black paint has wear. Seems accurate. "Made in Germany" is the only inscribed information I can see. I do not see a manufacture or logo. Measures approximately 6.5" x 4" x 3"
