SHIPMENT / POSTAGE POLICY
All orders are posted same day via standard first class post if ordered before 15:00 (3pm). International orders are shipped by Airmail. All items are shipped from the UK. Most UK orders arrive between 24-48 hours from cleared payment. International orders arrive between 3-7 days from cleared payment. We are aware sometimes items may take longer to get delivered and this is due to Royal Mail who sometimes fail to deliver on time. Royal Mail guidelines state we should allow 15 working days for UK orders and 28 days for international orders from the date of dispatch before an item is considered lost. If you have not received your order after the stipulated delivery times please feel free to contact us.
RETURN POLICY
UNWANTED or UNSUITABLE PRODUCTS; If you buy a product and wishes to return it because it is unwanted or unsuitable, Please notify us within 14 days of receiving it. We accept returns of all products. All returned items must be in their original unspoilt packaging and in a saleable condition.
If the product is not recived by us in its original condition we will be unable to refund for it and you will have to pay for its return to you. DAMAGED PRODUCTS; If you wish to return an item that is faulty, then please contact us and include as much information as possible. We will reply to you to get extra information that we may need, which may include photos of the product and the packaging. please do not return anything until we say, as this may prevent us from being able to deal with your request.
We offer 12 months manufactures warranty (not 30 days as offied by many sellers) on most of our electronic products. Goods that have been damaged (including accidentally) dropped or miss-used are not under warranty. If returning goods under warranty for replacement, this will only be done if all the packaging is intact and not damaged.
