It looks like it might been made by "CINI" BOSTON, but its NOT stamped "CINI",
so Im not sure is it an original or just based on Cini design
which is reflected in the price

The pendant is stamped / hallmarked in a old way "STER" for sterling silver,
also it has been fully tested and confirmed as such
