The ARB Games shop is open at Carrara Markets, Gold Coast, Queensland on weekends from 7:00am to 3:00pm QLD local time. The shop is located close to the Putt Putt and next to the Silo Cafe, with the best access point being through the Market Street entrance at the western end of Carrara Markets.
Postage And Handling Charges
Postage and handling charges are automatically calculated using the Australia Post parcel post calculator that is built into the Ebay system. You can see the postage costs for any particular item by clicking on the Postage And Payments tab directly below the product image and entering your postcode into the postcode box and clicking on the Get Rates button.
Combined postage and handling costs are available for all multiple product purchases. If you wish to take advantage of this, simply send a request for a combined invoice for your purchases through the Ebay system, once you have completed your purchases.
Items that are small enough to be sent as letters will not have tracking as this service is not available for letter sized parcels. To qualify for letter rates, parcels cannot be larger than 20cm x 15cm x 2cm thick.
All parcels to locations within Australia are despatched using regular Australia Post with tracking.
All international parcels are despatched using Australia Post standard airmail which also includes tracking.
Postage and handling charges do not cover the cost of the postage fees only. They also include the cost of materials and handling involved to complete the despatch process, and a minimal handling fee has been added to the postage fees to cover these costs.
Payment Options
Payments are preferred via Paypal and by bank deposit or internet transfer.
International customers can only pay with Paypal.
All payments must be received within 5 days of your final purchase date or a non-payment dispute will be raised on the Ebay system.
