-(I) the Bidder will not hold the Seller legally responsible nor seek damages for any deviant/illegal actions, accidental or premeditated injury, or death resulting from the use of said item(s) sold in this auction, in a Court of Law.

-I have tried to describe the item(s) in this auction as clearly and accurately as possible, and as a result there will be no refunds or returns. This is non-negotiable. *The sole exception to these terms is a gross error on the part of the seller, which is solely at the discretion of the seller.*

-All items come from a smoke free and pet free home.

-This auction is only open to domestic bidders that reside in the United States. *Exceptions are noted below.*

Please note that I may choose to ship items to these locations if they are either shipped (International) Priority, Registered, or Certified; as well as have adequate Insurance, Tracking Information, Signature Confirmation and/or Delivery Confirmation. -All items will be securely packaged in appropriated packaging. I take pride in my packaging and have yet to receive a complaint or have an issue with damaged merchandise.

-The Winning Bidder may purchase additional packaging/shipping materials (ie. Bubble Wrap, Packaging Peanuts, etc.) if they so desire to provide further protection to their item/s while being shipped. This is an OPTIONAL charge. The amount of items being shipped will determine the amount of packaging materials necessary. Please note that packaging materials (Bubble Wrap, Packaging Peanuts, etc.) are expensive. Also, please let me know if you would like to purchase any additional packaging/shipping materials, and I will send you a revised invoice after the close of auction.

-Please contact me if the you (the winning bidder) are not satisfied with the item(s) that you purchased and received. I will endeavor to make this work for both parties. Feedback is very important on eBay as well as Detailed Seller Ratings. Please do not hastily leave negative Feedback or Detailed Seller Ratings, without first contacting me. I will only leave feedback, after I receive it, to ensure that feedback is received. This is not meant to coerce feedback, as eBay Sellers can no longer leave negative feedback.

*** Please note that I will ship any item the exact way that the bidder/buyer would like. I am very accommodating in this respect. I can send an updated invoice if a particular parcel carrier is not an option, and/or if the bidder/buyer would like an item shipped another way. Please note that the method of shipping determines how quickly the item will arrive. I am not responsible for this. I can only ship item/s as quickly as payment is received. If the bidder/buyer chooses to have something shipped via USPS Standard Post for example, it may take up to 9 days to receive your package, if not longer. It is NOT my responsibility for packages to arrive in a timely fashion. Shipping arrival estimation dates are supplied by the specific parcel carriers of your choice, and are only estimations. Please note that by choosing the USPS Standard Post method of shipment for example, that your choice of shipment is a slower shipping option. The bidder/buyer's choice of shipment will thus determine when a package will arrive.

In such cases where Free Shipping is an option, the method of shipment will be clearly stated. I will send an updated invoice if the Winning Bidder would like to upgrade the shipping method to a faster service. In such cases, I will only charge the difference between the Free Shipping method and the upgraded method that is desired. Any Postal delays are not my fault either. I do endeavor to have items shipped within 24 hours of payment, however I am not a business and delays do happen.

Now for the shipping and handling charges. Please let me know if you would like to purchase any extra shipping materials, to better protect your item/s while being shipped. In such cases I will send you an updated invoice with the agreed upon extra amount. I am only trying to have items arrive in the same condition that they are in when shipped.

Please note that by bidding on this auction, you thus agree to all of my terms and conditions. I firmly believe that all of my terms and conditions are more than reasonable and are clearly listed. A lack of reading all terms and conditions is not an affirmative defense should any issues arise. I do apologize for this lengthy written agreement. I have sold over 500 listings in the past 5 years, and have only recently had problems with dishonest eBayers looking to play the system. Over the next several months I plan on selling the majority of an extremely large personal Star Wars collection. You may find better prices on Star Wars merchandise on eBay, but I doubt that you will find better priced MOC action figures; that have long been discontinued.
