We are a small business based in rural Queensland, Australia, in a town called Kingaroy. We have now been opened approx 12 years and started out as a Market Operator, selling Handmade items. We then opened our shop, which sold mainly Gifts and Homewares.
Approx 8 years ago, the local Quilting Shop closed down, so we decided to start out in Fabrics, and haven't looked back. We have been started selling them on Ebay and have been thrilled with the response. Ebay has kept our small business going and has kept our doors open in these tough economic times, and has enabled us to expand into a Fully fledged Quilting Shop as well as the Gifts and Homewares Shop.
So every purchase you make, you help a local economy, that supports local charities, local businesses and sells locally made items.
We do have websites as well, but our Ebay business, keeps us going. We source products from Australia and import from overseas as well. I love getting new items in, and they arrive weekly.
When you buy from us on Ebay, you buy from Me, a married mother of 4, who works full time (all the time) and loves what she does. On weekends I sew items for customers and make signs and craft, every spare moment. I started crafting when I was 10 and have turned my hand to Embroidery, Tapestry, Long Stitch, X - Stitch, Folk Art, Painting, Quilting, Sewing, Doll Making and just about everything else that requires needle and thread, or brush.
I now have 2 part time mums to help out with the workload, and we all love what we do
