* Delivery times are based on USPS' shipping schedule, not Ebay's schedule

- Ebay does not take handling time, weekends, and holidays into consideration.
- And first class mail is NOT expedited mail and sometimes takes longer than Ebay estimates.

during the holidays, the postal service will be overwhelmed and your

We usually ship packages under 13 oz in envelopes via First Class Mail
through USPS. Priority mail ships in a padded envelope or box. Packages
over 13 oz will be shipped Priority mail.

us immediately if there is a problem with your purchase/ items prior to
leaving negative or neutral feedback. We will do our best to resolve
the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Exchanges:

All cosmetics and bath & body products are final sale items. We do
not accept exchanges/ refunds on any cosmetics or bath & body
products.

All other items are exchangeable if they are returned in the condition
in which they were received. We must be contacted within 48 hours of
receipt to arrange exchange. Return shipping is the responsibility of
the buyer.

Buyers
are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and/ or fees. Unclaimed
packages do not qualify as a "lost" package. IF left unclaimed, the
package will be returned to us and we will issue you a refund of the
purchase price upon receipt of the returned package.

Please do not choose FIRST CLASS MAIL if you need your package sooner than the estimated delivery times below:
Australia: 2-5 weeks depending on which city you live in due to customs delays
Brazil and Italy: 4-8 weeks for First Class Mail (normal delivery time)
India, Israel, Jordan, and Phillipines: 4-6 weeks for First Class Mail (normal delivery time)
All other countries: First Class Mail takes 1-7 weeks depending on your customs
