Hi, You are bidding on an old vintage carved wooden pull toy, possibly folk art or black forest ? style
Mother or father spanking baby bear, there a couple of tiny nicks or chips and just a little surface wear from age or use
it is quite well carved, but ive no idea how old it is as I have not seen another similar on ebay
but it certainly dosent look new. The mechanism works fine and is tight, pull hard to move to move the bear
It just needs a clean and polish
