Font "point" (pt) sizes can look different depending on style. Letraset dimensions in mm refer to capital letter heights, e.g. A, B, C.
Excellent condition, occasionally there may be an unavoidable blemish such as a partially lifted or scratched character (often still usable), or a faded/creased protective backing paper.
