Martin Custom Shop M36 Carpathian Spruce w/Ambertone Finish This guitar is in on consignment. It is in perfect shape. It is clean, cosmetically and it is fully functioning. The neck is straight, the frets are still crowned and the truss rod is functioning properly. Included with the guitar is the original hardshell case We special ordered this guitar for a good customer who treats his guitars very nicely. After making the conversion over to mostly Carbon Fiber guitars he has decided to have us sell this beauty for him. It's an M body size otherwise known as a 0000, the favorite body size of producer George Martin. The top is made from Carpathian Spruce and is topped with an Ambertone Sunburst. There is also an LR Baggs LB6 pickups installed. Aside from these changes, the guitar is a spec-for-spec M36. Tone-wise, this is easily my favorite acoustic of all time. It has the low end that a 000 or OM lack but it's NEVER boomy. It's perfectly sized so it's comfortable for most body types. And it has the largest "sweet spot" for recording out of ay guitar I have ever worked with. If you've never played an M, you owe it to yourself to see what you've been missing!
