We are based in Sydney Australia and Factory in South Korea. The item be sent to the customers in  Australia from Sydney base as long as the stock is available here. If not, we will tell the customer that the product be sent from our Korea warehouse. We only have the item matching the  pearl white Kia Carnival here in Australia. For other color options, we will ship directly from our base in Korea to worldwide.

for customers from other countries, we will send it from our warehouse in Korea.

SHIPPING
All items are packed and shipped with 3 business days following cleared payment.
Each item is carefully packed in a waterproof plastic sleeve or box and shipped promptly.
Delivery time may vary with different countries or destinations, and may take longer time for custom release or for your local postal delivery services.
In addition, all import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. 
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or purchasing. Please make sure Paypal address is a accurate.
Basically we are shipping to the address on Paypal.

For the expedited shiping, basically we are using World Wide EMS Express with Full Tracking service.
But Italy, Lithuania, Malta and most of the countries in South Africa, Middle East and South America are excluded.
We can ship the items to these countries and your countries by FEDEX, UPS or TNT as per your request. In this case you need to pay extra shipping charges.
CUSTOMS
The policy of customs clearance may differ from each country.
We are not responsible for any applicable customs charge duties.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We Accept Return or Exchange. But Needs Following Conditions

1. Received a defected / damaged or different from what has been ordered

  • Your intention of return must be informed to us within 14 days after delivery
  • Please contact us to get an address for return.
  • Please understand that we require you to provide a photo(or VOD) of the problem caused products.
  • Any reason of custom measurement, color differences or personal judgment will not be accepted for return.
  • Items would be thoroughly inspected before returns are accepted
  • A full refund will be issued if the inspecitor agrees that the problem caused by our fault
  • ( factory defective, damaged during delivery etc.)
  • Return shipping reimbursement will be provided if the return caused by our fault.
  • If the inspection shows that the problem caused by user fault, 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.
  • The original shipping charges will be deducted from refund if the return caused by buyer's fault.
2. Purchased by mistakes of size, color, changed mind or any reason of all that's not our responsibility
  • The original shipping cost will not be reimbursed
  • (sold as a free shipping product will be also deducted for original shipping cost, please contact us to check)
  • Electronical devices with opened seals will not be refundable.
  • 20% of restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.
  • The item must be returned as it's original unused condition
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return, but will provide reasons.

3. Returned product by unclaimed, wrong address, not available athorised recipients etc.

  • All returned item without delivery due to the buyers fault (unclaimed, wrong address, not available authorized recipients etc) will be charged 20% of restocking fee
  • Original and return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund total.
