1. Please note that postage charges incorporate packaging and handling costs and we assume that you are happy with these costs prior to bidding / buying - proof of posting is always obtained, and postage is second class standard unless otherwise stated.
2. Your item / s will be posted within 2-3 of your cleared payment, wherever possible, maximum as per listings is 3 days from payment. 3. Please make payment as soon as possible after an auction, within no more than 3 days maximum - for Buy Now, immediate payment please. All other items if paid for by cheque will be posted after clearance, please allow 7 days from receipt of cheque for this.

6. Refunds are only available when goods have been received damages, and then only on return of the goods. If a refund is agreed to, the returns policy is 14 days from receipt of goods, so any problem with an item must be reported as soon as received, and returned within the 14 day period.
