Payment
Methods: We accept payments by PayPal. If you require
a V.A.T receipt, please request this at the time of purchase.
Dispatch
Time: All items that are in stock will
be sent out the same day upon funds being paid and cleared before 14:00 on any business
day. Any items purchased after 14:00 will be sent the next business day.
Dispatch
Method: We use
Royal Mail 2nd class as our standard delivery, or Royal Mail 1st
Class signed for and UK Mail 24 hour service if you require items more quickly.
Should you not be in at the time of delivery, you will be carded and it will be
up to you to arrange re-delivery.
Delivery
Charges: The prices quoted are for mainland UK.
Combined
Shipping: We are happy to combine shipping on most
items. Please request an invoice after purchase. This must be done before you
complete your PayPal checkout process.
Returns:
Items can be returned up to 14 days after
purchase. They should be returned in the original packaging, together with a
copy of the invoice/delivery note, and must state a valid reason for the
return.
Surcharge: Certain areas may be
subject to a courier surcharge including (but not limited to)
Highlands,
Grampians, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Postcodes AB,
IV, BT, PA, KW, PH, HS, ZE, KA, HS, IM, GY, GE, JE, PO
There
will be a surcharge mostly for heavy courier items which will not go with Royal
Mail, So Please enquire if you would like to make sure of your postage costs
before any purchase.
