1). I allow eBay to automatically open an unpaid item case after 3 days of non -payment. If the item is not paid for by day 7, the buyer will received a strike on their account.
2). Payment must be made through Paypal..
3). I usually ship within 24 hours of payment.
4). I ship USPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you when I ship. I use Global Shipping for all international transactions.
5). I am not responsible for mail transit time.
6). If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact me within seven (7) days of auction ending.
7). There are NO REFUNDS, unless I misrepresent the item. There are no refunds for fit. No Buyers Remorse!!

9). Most of my items come from resell stores. Item may have been next to an item that previously belonged to a smoker or a pet owner. Even if the item is described as new, it will be stored with used items before shipping. If you are sensitive to smells or have allergies, please do not bid.
10). I try to describe the items accurately. If I see any flaws, I will mention it. If I did not mention any, I did not see any. But I am not perfect. Contact me with any issues. The photos are of the actual item. If you need additional photos, please ask. When you are leaving feedback, if the item was not as described (perhaps much better), please give it 5 stars. eBay encourages sellers to let the photos sell the item for you. I choose as many options on the menu that are available, sometimes I make my own. I provide color measurements, when needed, and I use photo enhancers to help you with your decision. If the item is not as described (perhaps horrible), please contact me first before leaving negative feedback. There is ALWAYS a way to work things out.
