I do know this about it.
(1) It is made of brass and it was made from a upper piece and a lower piece that was soldered together. The seam has came apart about half way around.
(2) The outline of the design around the vase/urn is a raised brass outline and the colors are not paint. I really dont know how to describe it. Its kinda like a glaze that you do on pottery. The copper color has a sparkle to it. Like a metal flake. The green is light in parts and darker in other parts.
(3) It does have the seam that has broke loose and some of the glaze/paint has chiped off.
