If you wish to order an item on-hand:
1. Send us an sms (0922-5939535) or private message and indicate which item you are interested in.
2. If stock is confirmed, we will get back to you to set the pick-up, meet-up or shipping details.
    2.1 Meet-up: 
         a. LRT Line 1 stations by schedule. 
         b. Megamall (some Saturdays). 
         c. If you prefer other area, please contact us if we can accommodate.
    2.2 Shipping:
         a. Deposit amount of item plus estimated shipping cost (with or without insurance) in our BDO or BPI account. If you prefer to pay through other channels, just send us a message.
         b. Confirm your deposit by sending us a picture of your deposit slip.
         c. You should receive a confimation of your deposit together with the tracking number of your package. If you did not receive a confirmation within 2 days, please contact us.
         d. Packages should be received 1 to 2 days after it was picked-up, Sundays and some holidays not included.
 
If you wish to pre-order an item:
1. Send us an sms (0922-5939535) or private message and indicate which item you are interested in.
2. If slot is confirmed, you can proceed with the minimum deposit amount in our BDO or BPI account. If you prefer to pay through other channels, just send us a message. No deposit means no reservation.
3. Confirm your deposit by sending us a picture of your deposit slip. Keep this paper as proof to claim your reservation.
4. You should receive a confimation of deposit from us indicating your order, deposited amount, and balance. If you did not receive a confirmation within 2 days, please contact us.
5. We will contact you if we already have your order to set the pick-up, meet-up or shipping details. 
 
    Pre-order conditions:
    a. No refunds unless supply shortage. 
    b. There are some cases wherein supply is less than expected, items will be on a first come first serve basis.
    c. Pre-ordered items should be claimed within 15 days, failure to do so will forfeit your reservation and deposit.
    d. Release dates can be subject to change without prior notice.
    e. Please keep deposit slips to claim the item.

b. LBC - for provincial, minimum of 135php, no insurance included

d. AP Cargo - for provincial

Pick-up:

a. Malate, Manila, everyday from 8am to 11pm. Message us for exact location.

b. Advise us what day you will pick-up and bring exact amount.
