Unfortunately it was too big for me.

Its very good quality made from stretchy (comfortable) lycra type material, has a full length YKK zip and rubber grippers at the base to stop it riding up when on the bike.

The label states Medium, 39-41 inches although it would fit bigger if you prefer a snugger fit.
