POSTAGE : All items will be sent via Recorded / Signed for delivery service. All items are shipped using a Full tracking service and Tracking numbers can be provided on request.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY :

ALL ITEMS COME WITH A - 30 days warranty

• For any faults / issues, starting the sale date of the item. ALL returns must be arranged through us so please contact to arrange a return and ALL returns MUST include a printed copy of your eBay purchase so we can process.
• Please note returns are for faulty items only and we take pictures of the exact item being sold so our listings are clear for buyers and sales are based on these images so you are buying as listed in this sale. This ensures there are no disputes in terms of the item or condition within this sale.
• You are not covered for accidental damage. Also any evidence of internal or external parts being switched with the cameras will be examined and no refunds will be given if this has taken place.
• There will be no refunds for change of mind. The item must be faulty for you to return it and the fault must not be caused by you.
• Please note that no refunds will be given for any item over the age of 7 years from newly released or over the cost of £100. We will only offer an exchange.
• Warranty & refunds are invalid for any item taken on holiday, or out of the country due to the high risk of transportation and accidental damaged caused by you or a 3rd party. You will not be refunded for return postage costs
