Defects:
If item is
broken on arrival, we will replace it. Visual evidence, such as photo
or
movie clip, or written report may be required for replacement.
Dissatisfaction:
If client
is not satisfied with our products, buyer may request for a refund.
Upon
our
approval, buyer may then return the product to us. We promise to refund
100% of the product
price to unsatisfied
clients.
However, the
returned products must be in original proper condition. Also, the
shipping
cost is not refundable and the returning delivery cost is borne by
buyers.
