We are receiving hundreds of different items daily and due to variety and quantity of the items we are not in position to do detailed expert tests as the labor cost will, in most cases, exceed the cost of the item itself and we want to minimize our costs and keep bargain prices. That is why we sell mostly used, untested (unless specified differently) or partially tested (basic functions) items. These items are sold in “AS IS” condition, have no warranty and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. We are trying to describe the item the best of our knowledge and provide as many as needed actual pictures, but we will not be responsible if some visible or invisible damages or missing parts are not declared.

In spite of the fact that most ( aprox. 85%) of our ‘NOT TESTED’ or ‘PATIALY TESTED’ items works well (see our feedback and feedback comments), there is still 15% chance that you will buy not working or not properly working item. Please be aware that you are buying willingly on your own risk and bid accordingly to the risk that you are willing to accept on fair base and do not blame us later for your own possible mistakes. Please do not bid if you intend to leave neutral or negative feedback on untested or partially tested, ‘as is’ items for the reason of not working or not working properly. We apologize to great majority of our responsible customers, but because of small number of irresponsible buyers we have to insist so much on the ‘risk factor’ and to explain that negative feedback to the seller should be given if seller did something wrong, not for the reason if buyer is not happy with his own decision.
WARRANTY-RETURNS:
As we stated before, we are not accepting returns and not giving warranty of any kind for ‘AS IS’, ‘NOT TESTED’ or ‘PARTIALY TESTED’ items. Please keep that in mind and bid accordingly. We will accept returns if item is described as in good working condition or new (not ‘like new’) and it is DOA or not as described. We will also accept returns if item is broken or damaged in shipping. In that case we need buyer’s cooperation to get insurance. All returns should be reported within 5 days of receipt of the item and to get return authorization from us. Please note that shipping charges will never be refunded on any returns and you must ship back item on at your expense, no exceptions, for any reason, which is standard E-bay practice.
