Superb blown glass vase demonstrating a range of complicated techniques in the art of glass manufacture.
Secessionist Dragon and butterfly design, inspired by Japanese/Chinese art popular at the time.
Ground pontil and fire polished rim

Highly collectable and very rare piece
In good Antique condition
Some rubbing to the decoration. One eye missing.
Tiny Flea bite (possibly a manufacturing flaw) to outside rim,  very small and only noticeable on very close inspection (last photo)

Dealers note: . I have spoken at length to various glass experts and although unsigned we are all in agreement. This was manufactured by Harrach in Bohemia at the end of the 19th century and probably a design by Josef Petricek. A rare Oriental inspired design.The condition is not perfect but displays well and is reflected in my low price. Where are the glass buyers?..This is rare and now very cheap ...Definitely an investment piece and one for the future
