we sometimes need to accept open box returns from some of our customers
All items are thoroughly inspected by our returns team
resulting as follows
Definitions
New open box= box is not sealed item seems "brand new" never used
Used= item is usually in brand new condition but we are not 100% that it was not used
Used/Reset=item was used (does not show wear) we reset factory settings
Payment and Shipping
- We only accept payments from US verified PayPal accounts
- All orders will be shipped within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) of cleared payment.
- Items will only be shipped to your confirmed PayPal address.
Returns
- Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- If item is defective please contact us within 48 hours of receiving so we can begin refund process.
- All returns must be in original form (sealed) ,otherwise we reserve the right to refuse the return.
- There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
