Harnas Peach was bred in Canada. It is vigorous, fast- growing variety with rised habit and dense crown that reaches up to 5 m when matures. Columnar variety has upright habit and that reaches up to 3 m height

Fruits are  medium-sized (130 g or 80-120 g in columnar tree) . They have a spherical shape. Very tasty and juicy yellow flesh will delight your with  its sweet - sour taste and  in addition comes away easily from the stone. Best eaten raw.

Characteristic feature of Harnas’ fruit is hairy, orange – coloured  skin with the red blush.

Fruit ripens at the the beginning of August at the same time as Royalvee’s  peach fruit does nad approx.1 weak ealier than Redhaven’si Reliance’s.

Ripen fruit  will not have a tendency to fall itself from the trees.

Pruning is a very imortant part of mainanance -  in spring trim the branches of the 1/4 length, exept main stem.  

Harnas requires a sunny position and moist and slightly acidic soil. Prefers sandy, clay and humus soil.  Frost resistant to -23°C . Self fertile variety – doesn’t need pollininator to crop.

The size of the columnar  plant greatly helps to harvest the crop - no need to use a ladder, and the fruits are also available for kids.
