We can not be responsible for postage costs if an item does not fit you. In case of return of Moto boots, which were bought in error – the postage cost is non-refundable. 

 Terms of Sale

The Customer pays the return postage cost, unless there is an error on our behalf or a fault with the item. Please return the item within 14 days of receiving it and we will exchange it or offer a refund. The boots must be sent back to us UNUSED, in their ORIGINAL Box, which must not be defaced with writing, tape & etc. Please include a copy of the receipt. The items MUST be sent back in their original NEW condition.

Shipping details:

Please note: the quoted postage charge is for UK Mainland only. There is a postal surcharge for £5.50 for Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, N. Ireland, Shetland Islands, Isle of Man and other remote areas (with postcodes starting  with BT, HS, ZE, IV, PH, PA, KW). We don’t ship to a UK PO Box address and outside EU.  You can collect in person, please advise this option at checkout or / and email this request via eBay.

 We usually dispatch items via DPD, UPS or TNT between Mondays – Fridays within 24 hours after receipt of full (cleared) payment. Return postage cost to be paid by the customer. Please return to B31 4HL.
