Postage and Packaging

Your item will be securely packaged and dispatched within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) of receiving payment. Same day dispatch if payment is received by 2pm.

Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday, excluding bank holidays.

We use Royal Mail 2^nd class delivery for UK postage. Alternative postage options available if you prefer.

Returns Policy

We'll happily accept a return of an item, in the condition it was dispatched in, within 30 days. The buyer pays return postage. The purchase price will be refunded via PayPal once the item is received and the original condition verified. Original postage cost (if applicable) will not be refunded.

If your item is faulty please return it to us within 30 days and we'll give you a full refund or replacement.
