Good used condition. See pics. One floor has ridges in sticker (see pic). Nothing broken. Questions - please ask - all sales final. The big light on the top does not go to this set but is a nice asset. Like a movie set piece. The set is old and the stickers reflect that. It is not complete, I'm no little people expert so use your own expertise. Set weight is approx. 7 lbs.
