• Items will be shipped within 7 working days of payment, we only use Parcelforce, Interlink or FedEx,, please don't ask us to use a different courier.
  
  
• We  will not be held responsible for any lost/damaged items caused during shipping, all claims must be made  with the courier company by the buyer, we will provide you with the necessary details requiered for a claim.
• we accept returns within 7 day, please note that return postage is NOT refundable.

• SIGNING FOR THE GOODS AND DAMAGE CLAIMS 
   
   
• Damage to goods in transit is very rare, however,

        By following these directions you ensure that in the unlikely event your item is

        damaged  by the couriers you will be able to speedily process the claim.

        PLEASE CHECK THAT THE GOODS ARE UNDAMAGED BEFORE YOU SIGN,
         THAT MEANS THE CONTENTS NOT THE BOX.

• IF THE DRIVER IS ADAMANT THAT YOU DO NOT OPEN THE BOX THEN SIMPLY SIGN THAT IT IS 'DAMAGED',
  DO NOT SIGN 'UNCHECKED'.
• Damage in transit claims can only be made if
• 1) the delivery note has been signed 'DAMAGED' next to signature.
• 2) We have been informed of the damage within 24 hours of the delivery.
• Unfortunately there are no exceptions to this as the couriers will not process a claim for damage in transit unless the item is signed for as damaged.
• 'Unchecked' is not sufficient.

• Payment must be received within 7 days of the end of the auctions , we will file an unpaid item dispute on the 7th day.
