All products are dispatched via Latvian Post. Trackable. 
Dispatch time after purchase is 1-2 working day. 

Please accept that at busy periods, Latvian Post may take longer to deliver your parcel as usual, therefore this delivery time should not be reflected in our seller ratings. 

According to Latvian Post policy, an item is not considered lost until 15 business days. If you do not receive your parcel please contact us within 15 working days after dispatch date. Also, Beauty For accepts no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances outside of our control causing late delivery. 

Delivery will be to the nearest Post Office of your address advised in your order.
Beauty For is not liable for the invalid information provided when placing an order, in particular for sending the parcel to the wrong address (if such is to be given to us).

Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

We check all our products before dispatch however, there is a minor chance that items are damaged during transportation therefore, we will offer you the replacement of a defective or damaged item. 

In any case of experiencing a problem, you should contact us and inform us of the problem within 7 calendar days of receiving the parcel. Please provide a valid picture of any damaged product to assist with replacement. 

7 day refund policy. We understand that sometimes an item may not turn out to be just what you need. Therefore, if you are not happy with this product, you may return it to us within 7 calendar days. The returned item must be in its PERFECT AS NEW CONDITION & PACKAGING, and all ACCESSORIES must be included. The buyer will also be responsible for the return postage, so therefore it is advisable to use a trackable service, the tracking number is required after postage for us to monitor the parcel which you have sent back. If for some reason you receive an incorrect item which was not ordered by you and was a mistake on our part, we will exchange the item for you at no cost to yourself. Please email us informing us of any returns before sending back, to see if any problems can be resolved without the need to return the item.
