Shipping
We offer FREE STANDARD POST AND PACKING for all UK purchases. Please see above for international post and packing rates. Royal Mail standard deliveries within the UK generally take UP TO 5 DAYS to arrive FOLLOWING SHIPMENT. International deliveries within Europe usually arrive WITHIN 10 days following shipment but outside Europe can take anywhere from 10 to 21 days because of customs procedures but generally are around 10 days following shipment. PLEASE NOTE - Our warehouse is open 9.00am to 5.00pm between Monday and Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). All orders and queries will be dealt with during these hours. Returns
For returns please contact us before return. You can return an item to us within 30 days of purchase. The item must be returned in an unopened and totally resaleable condition. You are responsible for the return costs. If we have incorrectly supplied the item or it is damaged we will normally arrange a collection.
