Returns
All items are security marked to prevent fraud.
Do not remove or tamper with these marks unless you are 100% happy with the product.
Customer must notify and return item within 14 days of receiving it.
When returning item all security marks must be in place and un-tampered with or exchange/refund will be refused.
Dispatch/Delivery
Item/s bought and paid for by 11am (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day.
Any items bought after 11am will be dispatched the next working day.
Working days are Monday to Friday. Some items will be dispatched on Saturday but this is not guaranteed.
Free shipping UK mainland only: Item/s will be sent from the UK by Royal mail 1st class recorded (Delivered 1-3 working days!).
International Shipping: European & None European members see post detail for shipping charge.
All international items will be sent tracked and signed for where possible and signed for in all other cases.

Collection/pick up
Some items may be listed as collection only in this case item must be collected and paid for within 7 days of item ending. If payment is made by paypal before collection you have 28 days to collect item. After this time if item has not been collected and no contact made G.V will dispose of item.
All items are available for collection (cash on collection).
If collecting item all buyers must confirm TIME & DATE via email before collection.
PLEASE DO NOT JUST TURN UP IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN GIVEN A TIME DUE TO OTHER WORK COMMITMENTS!!
