FENDER USA 1957 Reissue Stratocaster Fullerton "Fiesta Red+ Maple" (1982)

Squealing Pig Guitars Website Price £3299.99

Description

Everyone that sees this one has to ask, "Is that a real 50s Strat?" It has the vibe that a new 57 Reissue just ain't gonna get. Fullerton built reissues are hot right now. Made in the same factory by some of the same workers on some of the same tooling as the originals. This 35 year old beauty may be as close as you get to the real deal. I'm absolutely in love with it. Check out the condition! This thing is immaculate. Certainly one of the best examples you are likely to find!

These early 57 RI's have the specs we all know and love. Alder body for great tone. 25.5 inch scale maple neck with  7.5 inch radius maple fingerboard and 21 vintage style frets. Vintage style trem with Fender stamped saddles and Kluson style tuners keep it rock solid. Cool, Fiesta Red lacquer finish. Original single coil pickups with date stamps. Markings on the neck, capacitors and pencil dates are all good and correspond accordingly with the factory Hang tag. Neck pocket is all good. No routs under the pick-guard and the original factory "relief" routs for clearance. Groovy wiring harness with early 82 pot code. A really cool and very vibey guitar. Please email me for Internal Pictures.

This is a bad mamba jamba Strat. Super cool vibe. A seriously good investment with nice action and feel. The pickups sound beautiful. Everything works as it should. A dang cool guitar. Condition wise, a picture says a thousand words. It should be obvious that this one has seen virtually no play-wear. Good old honest original owner who has kept this Gem under the bed for the past 30 Years. Comes in original tweed case which is in similar condition.

Guitars with vibe like this don't come around often. Fullerton reissues have been coming on strong in recent years. A reproduction of the original built in the same factory by many of the same craftsman. Pricey I know but think of it this way: you could grab a new Custom Shop Relic Fender for around the same money but it isn't going to have this much vibe or potential for collectability. A great guitar for a player and one that I'm putting out with regret. I would love to keep it but I can't keep them all. Give it a great home.
