Q: Will this game definitely play on my DS?

A: This is a genuine game. It will play on ANY Nintendo DS, DS Lite, DSi or 3DS console WORLDWIDE!

Q: Is it possible to start a new game?

A: Yes, if you start a new game it will start from the beginning as usual without any Pokemon or items. It is important that you back up anything you want to keep on the save file before doing this.

Q: For the Pokemon, which options are there to choose from?

A: The Pokemon you will receive can be one of four options (you will need to send your choice through an eBay note or message straight after purchasing the game):

• Shiny Pokemon at level 100 
• Non-shiny Pokemon at level 100 
• Shiny Pokemon at level 50 
• Non-shiny Pokemon at level 50

These options are applied to all Pokemon - you cannot choose more than one option. If you do not send your required choice, you will be given shiny Pokemon at level 100.

*Please note - Regardless of your choice, the following Pokemon will always have these values to ensure that they transfer to X and Y on the 3DS:

• Celebi, Jirachi, Victini, Reshiram and Zekrom will always be non-shiny 
• Arceus will always be non-shiny at level 100.
  
• Keldeo and Meloetta will always be non-shiny at level 50.
  
• Genesect will always be non-shiny at level 15.
  

Q: Can the trainer name / gender be changed so it looks like you did all the work?

A: Yes, no problem! If you wish to do so, you will need to send this requirement to me in a message or note straight after purchasing the game (trainer's name can be up to 7 characters max).

Q: Can I request extra Pokemon to be added?

A: Yes you may! You may request any three Pokemon of your choice to be added per purchase! Please ensure that you request Pokemon that were available at the time of the game's release (for example, you cannot have a Greninja in Pokemon Black 2 and White 2).

Q: Can the Pokemon be transferred to Pokemon X and Y using the 3DS Poke' Transporter application?

A: Yes! Almost all Pokemon will transfer successfully. A specific list of Pokemon that will transfer cannot be provided at this time.
